デベロッパーにも結構知り合いがいるのですが、
乱立して過剰供給だなぁと言っていました。
それでも
日本に比べればお買い得な物件が結構あるかなぁとも思います。
物件を直接見にいくのも色々な情報が手に入るので
たまに行くといいかもですね。
